LabourNet has trained over 2300 trainees in more than 20 locations in different parts of the country. LabourNet has partnered with institutions like CII-DFID, HUL, CII-IOCL and CII-DFID to provide skill trainings in trades such as Hospitality and Room Attendant.

Beauty and Wellness Sector

As per NSDC report, India is the fourth largest growing market in Beauty and Wellness sector. It is growing at a CAGR of 15 percent annually over the last five years. Beauty and Wellness sector attracts women as participative workforce in the market. Over 50% of women are working in this sector.

LabourNet has a very strong foot hold in Beauty and Wellness industry. It has tied up with renowned beauty players like LOREAL CII-IOCL, CIDCO, HUL, Godrej Salon as corporate CSR partners for skill development of youth. LabourNet has trained over 42500 + trainees in 7 + trades such as Advanced Beauty & Wellness, Pedicurist & Manicurist Level 2, Assistant Beautician, Advanced Beautician and others. It has conducted vocational training in Beauty and Wellness across 10+ states of our country. LabourNet combines classroom and practical training with exposure visit to renowned beauty parlors for effective training delivery which will bring in sustainable livelihoods of youth in future.

Banking & Financial system of the country plays a substantial role in promoting the long term growth of the economy. The youth population of our country has shown tremendous inclination towards Banking and financial sector. In view of this, LabourNet has till date trained over 800 trainees in Broking and Trading, Loan Approval Officer and Business Correspondent & Business facilitator Level 3 trades. This was done in partnership with corporate like Barclays and Bharti. LabourNet has made its presence in 7+ states and is planning to increase its outreach by expanding the BFSI trainings to remaining states.

Gems and Jewellery Sector

LabourNet is working in Gems and Jewellery Sector by training over 1800 trainees in 18+ locations. LabourNet has joined hands with ASAP Kerala. The trainees are given classroom and practical training in different trades such as Jewellery Retail Sales Associate-Basic, Jewelry Retail Sales Associate (Basic)- NSQF Level 4 and Hand Sketch Designer-Basic. This sector is an appealing sector for women and proves to be good source of income generation.
