LabourNet has trained over 420+ trainees in 18+ locations. The major partners for LabourNet are TCL, CII-IOCL, Union Bank, ASAP Kerala, Manipal Foundation, ITC, CII-DFID and Godrej & Boyce. Fork Lift Operator and Material Handler are major trades of training under Transportation & Logistics sector.

Automobile Sector

Global automotive industry is set to grow at 4.8 percent in the next six to seven years. Automotive sector is limited by lack of domain knowledge clubbed with lack of inter personal skills required for the job. As per skill gap report, the automotive sector has projected manpower requirement of 14.88 million by 2022. LabourNet has worked extensively in the Automotive Sector and has conducted several training programs in over 17 +locations, training over 15600 +candidates in 23 various trades such as Auto Service Technician for 3 and 4 wheelers, Auto Electrician and Auto Sales Consultant etc. Amongst our prominent clients for whom we have conducted programs in this sector include the Automotive giant Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Motors and Total Oil. Our current engagement with SKF has led us to open a one-of-its-kind facility in Bommasandra, Bangalore wherein a longer term intervention of 6 months which includes practical hands-on experience in a state-of-the art practice lab. Students go on an internship post the 4 month training for 2 months in local garages wherein they gain confidence of working in a live work atmosphere and learn on the job. Post training candidates have improved placement opportunities.
