Capital Goods

LabourNet is working in 21+ sectors. Capital Goods is one of the sector in which LabourNet has marked its presence. LabourNet has trained over 2144 trainees in 7+ locations. LabourNet has partnered with CII-ABG, CII-IOCL, HUL, ITC, Panasonic, Michelin India Pvt Ltd, DLF and Godrej & Boyce. The trainees were trained in different trades like Domestic Appliance Repair Technician, Fitter, Refrigeration and Air Conditioner and other related trades in capital goods.

Manufacturing Sector

LabourNet has trained 1000 + trainees in manufacturing sector. The training has been given in more than 10 locations scattered across different parts of India. The major trades of training are Assembly Operator, Bending Operator, CNC Machines, Quality Inspection and others. Major partners for LabourNet are NASH, CII-ABG, Panasonic, HCL, Hindustan Power, Godrej & Boyce and DLF.

Leather Sector

The leather sector seems to be growing rapidly based on increased demand but faces the challenge of skilled manpower absent in the sector. As per NSDC skill gap report for leather sector, it is expected to create additional employment 3.7 million during 2013-2022

LabourNet has worked extensively in Leather sector by providing skill training to more than 40000 trainees in 20+ locations. The trainings were conducted in partnership with majorly HUL and Farida Group in more than 25 trades of Leather sector. The training was given in Pre Assembly Operator (Footwear), Stitcher Leather Goods/ Garments Level 4, Helper – Finished Operations (Finished Leather) Level 2, Lasting Operator (Footwear) Level 4 additional 22+ trades.

Rubber Sector

Rubber industry in India is facing a dire need of skilled manpower due to the huge gap in the demand and availability of skilled resources. In order to address this problem, LabourNet with its industry partners Thejo Engineering Limited and ASAP Kerala came to together skill development training of youth. LabourNet has till date trained more than 6500 youth in rubber sector in 17+ locations. The trainings were given in more than 18 trades such as Tyre Moulding Operator, Kneader Operator, Rubber Processing, Injection Moulding Operator, Extruder Operator and similar trades in rubbers sector.
